London Broil

For those of us who like beef...who really like beef then you should know how to cook it. I am sorry but if you like your meat well done then you do not know how to cook it. Why take an expensive cut of beef and cook it to death and slap some A1 sauce on it and say"Mmmmm, that's really good!" Shame on you. Let's take London Broil for instance...I don't know why some people think that BBQing this meat is the right way to cook it. It's not a certain cut of meat its the name of how to cook it...if it was meant to be bbqed then it would have been called London BBQ...right?...
London Broil should be marinated for 4 hours or more. Spray your pan then broil it for about 7-8 minutes on one side then flip and broil on the other side..total time 15- 20 mins the most. Make sure when picking out the cut of meat it says top round not shoulder cut. This makes for a more tender cut of meat. After it is done pour the pan juices on top and cut it into very thin pieces and server right away so it stays juicy.
If you bbq it on your grill it becomes rubbery and tough.....so make sure you have a gallon jug of bbq sauce because you are gonna need it.
