Web Trak: Jacksonville Aviation Authority Airports is a really cool website. It shows in real time the nearby area flights and their ids and flight paths. Also on this site area locals can make a complaint that aircraft are flying to low or are too noisy. I actually sat for a good 10 mins watching the screen. Really neat. I am not sure if there is one for every area. I didnt see any extra links.
