A Trip!

I am leaving on Friday for a few days to visit my aunt in Melbourne. We always have fun and this time I will be taking pictures as usual but more of what we are eating. Hopefully the shuttle will go off and we will be able to see that since she is much closer than we are here. Not sure if we will be going to the zoo or not or there maybe other spots to go. Our main reason this time to get together is of course SURVIVOR. Its the finale this Sunday and tonight I will find out if Boston Rob will be in the running on Sunday. I hope so. He deserves to win this time....then in Sept will be another season of Survivor starting which towards the finale we will get together again and do some Christmas shopping and decorating as that time will be closer to Christmas. I also enjoy going to her church on Saturday evenings.
Once back home after my trip I will have to crack down and continue my blog. I will add my easy tortilla recipe and a new one for Salisbury Steaks. Very easy and the gravy is wonderful. This recipe I got from one of my youtube subscriptions and will be giving credit where credit is due when I post the recipe. Of course if has to pass the Tim test and then we will be good to go.
There has been a huge forest fire in southern Georgia that for the past few days we have had smoke that has drifted down here. Breathing has been annoying outside and throats have been a little scratchy. So we are putting off the garden until after I come back and the smoke dies down. I did purchase a huge potted tomato plant so that will be planted outside very soon. We are going to try our hands at raised garden beds. I found and easy tutorial on youtube and soon we will be getting our garden together. I can't wait! This will mean uploads of pictures and even videos if my camera cooperates...lol
