Tuna Chip Casserole

I just got back from my aunt's and had a wonderful time. We went to a few thrift stores which we have never done together. I was able to find some candle holders and 2 vintage cookbooks. This recipe is from the Better Homes and Gardens Casserole Cook Book. The copyright is from 1968. I love tuna casserole and my mom made a good one. This one i thought would be fun to try because it has potato chips for a topping instead of crackers or breadcrumbs.
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups of crushed potato chips
1 6 1/2 or 7 ounce can of drained tuna
1 8ounce can of peas,drained
1 10 1/2 ounce can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of milk
1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese

Combine everything together except for 1/2 of the potato chips. Spoon into a casserole dish and then sprinkle with the remaining chips and bake at 350 for 35-40 mins. Makes 4 servings.
This is good with a salad or some fresh bread.
